Asian Women with ADHD:

The first time I heard the term ADHD (多动症), I was five, living in Beijing, China. My upstairs neighbor shared her grandson's diagnosis with my mom and apologized diffusely for her grandson's noise.

Today, ADHD and ADHD-impacted relationship counseling is one of my specialties.

At my Asian Community Support Group on 10/11, many Asian female members shared their stories of being Asian, female, with ADHD, diagnosed or under-diagnosed. Let me summarize it for you.
